It is important to us that you love your new shoes as much as we do. If the shoes are not quite right for you, we can offer you a refund, store credit or an exchange for full-priced purchases.
We only provide refunds, credits or exchanges if the shoes are returned within 14 days after receiving your items and the product and packaging contents are in an as-new condition, without alteration, including the use of leather protectors.
We highly recommend trying on your shoes as soon as possible to ensure you qualify for a refund, credit or exchange.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, credit or exchanges for sale items.
While we are so happy to be able to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, we cannot however, refund this amount when an item is returned. Please note that a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund payout should you wish to return your unworn two soles.
Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com if you would like to return your product. They will issue you a returns reference code and information regarding the returns, store credit and exchange process.
You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. If we do not receive your returned item/s safely, unfortunately, we will be unable to issue a refund, store credit or exchange. We recommend using a traceable method for peace of mind and proof of postage. Please re-use the packaging bags sent to you.
Once we receive your purchase back at our head office, a confirmation email will be sent and you will receive your refund, credit or exchange within a 14-day period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
