We use European sizing (EU) as it is a simple system that allows accurate fitting for our two soles. tribe.  Please see our size guide for further information. 

Can you ship two soles. internationally? 

Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship internationally. Please contact our customer service team at hello@twosoles.com.au to see if we can arrange a special delivery for you.  

Why does the leather colour look different in person?

The leather can differ slightly from the images presented on the website due to varying fabric cuts and seasonality of the materials. This means every pair of two soles. is unique! Please note that the images used on our website are taken to best showcase our products as accurately as possible. 

I don’t wear orthotics or have foot pain, can I wear two soles.? 

Absolutely, yes! Our shoes are designed to provide comfort and support as well as effortless style for almost all foot types. It provides your foot with the correct support formula to suit the environments of our modern world. 

Do I pay my return shipping? 

You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges unless specified by the customer service team. If we do not receive your returned item/s safely, unfortunately, we will be unable to issue a refund, credit or exchange. We recommend using a traceable method for peace of mind and proof of postage.
